Under real pressure, the functions of the prefrontal cortex, judgment, focus, and clear decision, are the first to go offline. A leader decides well only when they come back. Most approaches start from strategy and mindset; I start by restoring the very capacity to think clearly under pressure, so that everything built next can hold.

This is the approach I formalized in TERRA: an arc, Trigger, Experience, Reactivity, Resources, Action, that carries a leader from the moment pressure hits to clear, deliberate action. Across six pillars, from self-awareness through cognitive flexibility and emotional agility to a return to purpose and values, it builds a repeatable way to stay clear when the stakes are highest.

I work with leaders and teams one-to-one, in team programs, and in board-level interventions.
